KTPH@Home (MIC@Home) is a home hospitalisation programme that offers clinically suitable patients the option of being cared for in the comfort of their own homes, instead of a hospital ward. Home visits is conducted by multidisciplinary care team, which includes doctors, advanced practice nurse (APN), staff nurses and allied health professionals, supported by virtual consultations where appropriate.
