Understanding Your Score

Based on your assessment, your Clinical Frailty Scale score indicates:

  • CFS 4 (Vulnerable): You remain fully independent in all daily activities, but may feel you are slower and more tired.
  • CFS 5 (Mildly Frail): You remain independent in your personal care at home, but need help with higher order activities (e.g., finances, heavy housework, medication, grocery shopping).
