Dr Akshay practises radiology with special clinical interests in neuroradiology and body imaging.

He received his medical degree in 2013 from Grant Medical College in Mumbai and subsequently completed his postgraduate training in KG Hospital and Post-Graduate Institute, in Coimbatore, in 2018. He joined Woodlands Health in 2019 and was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists (United Kingdom) in 2021.

Dr Akshay speaks English, Hindi, Marathi and Tamil.
