Dr Tok Pei Loo practises Renal medicine with special interests in palliative care and population health. She is a strong advocate of integrated care of kidney patients and seeks to strengthen partnerships with community health partners. Dr Tok graduated from Yong Loo Lin school of medicine in 2009 and entered singhealth internal medicine residency in 2010. She then pursued Singhealth renal residency training in 2013, completing her training in 2016. Dr Tok also completed a graduate diploma in mental health from national university of Singapore in 2014 and master of public health from Saw Swee Hock school of public health in 2022.

Dr Tok has extensive working experience in different public hospitals in Singapore and was previously a visiting consultant at National Kidney Foundation and Kidney Disease Foundation dialysis centers. She has strong interests in undergraduate education and holds teaching positions in Yong Loo Lin school of medicine and Lee Kong Chian school of medicine. She has strong research interests in health systems, quality improvement and interprofessional education.

Dr Tok speaks English and Mandarin.
