Dr Tan Wee Lit graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) School of Medicine in 2007. He completed his Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) and subsequently his Fellowship programme for Family Medicine in Singapore. He has worked across various care transitions in the community, such as acute hospitals, polyclinics, home medical, nursing homes, etc.

Before joining Woodlands Health, he worked in a community hospital as a Consultant. Dr Tan also participates actively in postgraduate teaching. He is currently an Adjunct Faculty Tutor with Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) with College of Family Physicians Singapore.

Dr Tan speaks English and Mandarin.
