Dr Sujata practises Emergency Medicine with special clinical interests in healthcare operations.

Dr Sujata received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in 2001 in Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology and her medical degree from the University of Texas in 2006 and completed her residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in 2009 in Emergency Medicine. She is board certified in Emergency medicine in the United States and full certification in Singapore.
Prior to joining Woodlands Health in 2019, she worked at Changi General Hospital as well as several hospitals in the United States both private and public.

She believes in seamlessly blending high-quality patient care with a steadfast commitment to staff welfare. Recognising the crucial link between a healthy, motivated team and the delivery of exceptional patient care is important in Emergency Medicine.
