Dr Sufyan Wajiha practises Anatomic Pathology (histopathology and cytopathology) in the Laboratory Medicine and Pathology service, with a special clinical interest in tumour pathology, general pathology and quality in anatomical pathology.

Dr Wajiha obtained her primary medical qualification from Allama Iqbal Medical College, Pakistan, before undergoing specialist training in Anatomic Pathology at the National University Hospital, Singapore. She has worked as a specialist in Middle East before she moved to Australia in 2017, and worked at Territory Pathology, Royal Darwin Hospital, Australia as the Head of Anatomical Pathology. She also worked at Clinpath laboratory, Adelaide before joining Woodlands health as Senior Consultant Pathologist.

Dr Wajiha is a passionate pathologist and believes in team work. Dr Wajiha enjoys seeing slides under the microscope, working with laboratory staff and connecting with clinical colleagues to make diagnoses for effective and efficient patient care.
