Dr Sharandran practises radiology with special clinical interests in musculoskeletal imaging and body imaging.

After graduating from the University of Melbourne in 2009, he subsequently underwent radiology residency training with the National Healthcare Group and attained his postgraduate Masters of Medicine (Diagnostic Radiology) as well as Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists qualifications in 2019, in Singapore. He completed residency training and joined Woodlands Health in 2021.
