Dr Seng Zhi Quan practises Anaesthesiology with special clinical interests in chronic pain, regional anaesthesia, and research in emerging technologies.

Dr Seng graduated from King's College London. He returned to Singapore to do his residency training in Anaesthesiology, Intensive Care and Pain Medicine. He exited his residency and joined Woodlands Health thereafter.

Dr Seng speaks English, Mandarin, Japanese, Hokkien, Teochew and Cantonese.
