Dr Ruth Chang is both a Respiratory and Intensive Care physician with a special clinical interest in Sleep Medicine. She is also a visiting consultant in TTSH. Her interest in Sleep Medicine stems from its broad, multidisciplinary nature and she hopes to improve the lives and health of patients through better sleep.

She received her Respiratory Medicine Specialist training in TTSH and obtained both her Respiratory Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine accreditation in 2017 and 2018 respectively. She obtained her Master of Medicine (Sleep Medicine, Sydney) in 2023. She is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.

She speaks English and Mandarin.
