Biodata

Dr Raphael Lee practices both Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Medicine, and has special clinical interests in Medical Education, Palliative care in oncology and frailty, and medical ethics. He also has clinical interests in pain management and in cross-disciplinary collaborations between disciplines of palliative care, oncology, geriatric medicine as well as non-cancer organ failure.

Dr Lee is an educator at heart. He is the OSCE Lead for Medicine for the Year 5 medical students of Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. He won the NHG Teaching Award for Junior Doctors in 2017 and for Senior Doctors in 2019. He also sits on the Clinical Ethics Committee as well as the Simulation Committee of Woodlands Health. He also has a special interest in research and participates both as a committee member of the WH Office of Research Development and Scholarship (WORDS) and multiple research projects in WH.

Dr Lee speaks English, Mandarin and Hokkien.
