Dr Mukherjee practises radiology with special clinical interests in body imaging and emergency radiology.

He leads the Emergency Radiology services at Woodlands Health. In addition, he is the Chairman of the Emergency Radiology subsection at the Singapore Radiological Society.

Dr Mukherjee received the Master of Medicine (Diagnostic Radiology) from NUS and was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists (United Kingdom) in 2014. He joined Woodlands Health in 2016 upon completion of his Diagnostic Radiology specialist training in Singapore. He completed his fellowship in Emergency and Trauma Radiology at Vancouver General Hospital, University of British Columbia, Canada in 2018.

He speaks English, Hindi and Bengali.
