Dr Saini did her graduation and post-graduation from Lady Hardinge Medical College (India), Senior Residency in Neurology at PGIMER, Chandigarh (India), followed by fellowship in Stroke at Univeristy of Alberta (Canada). She has worked as a physician in Singapore since 2012 with a work experience that includes one year as a clinical fellow (Dementia) at the MACC-NUS and completion of Diploma in Neurology. She hold a certificate of recognition from the Americal Board of ELectrodiagnostic Medicine and Specialty certificate in Neurology (MRCPUK)​. She believes in life-long learning which complements ethical and compassionate delivery of medical care.
