Dr Lim Wen Phei practises general psychiatry with a special clinical interest in consultation-liaison psychiatry, palliative psychiatry, and psycho-oncology. She is also the chairperson of Woodlands Health’s staff support programme that provides help to staff on issues related to healthcare workers’ mental health, resilience and burnout.

In addition, she is a Visiting Consultant to Dover Park Hospice.

She was awarded a Healthcare Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) Fellowship at the Department of Psychosocial Cancer Care at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne, the LKCMedicine Dean’s Award for Education and the NHG Young Achiever Award.

Dr Lim speaks English, Malay, Mandarin and Cantonese.
