Dr Liew Wai Wai graduated with honours from Monash University, Australia and subsequently underwent training in Australia as a member of the Australian College of Emergency Medicine. She completely her primary and started her advanced training in critical care and emergency medicine.

Dr Liew worked in emergency departments in Melbourne, Australia for the 10 years, before relocating to Singapore.

Dr Liew speaks English, Mandarin, Malay, Cantonese and Hokkien.
