Dr Keynes Low received his MBBS from the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in 2005. He received the Master of Medicine (Diagnostic Radiology) from NUS and was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists (United Kingdom) in 2012. He subsequently completed his Diagnostic Radiology specialist training in Singapore, in 2014. He completed a one-year Musculoskeletal Radiology fellowship in Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital (Oswestry, United Kingdom) in 2017. Prior to joining Woodlands Health in 2020, he was a consultant radiologist at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
