Dr Jane Choong joined Woodlands Health in 2020 under the Hospital Clinician scheme and completed her training in 2023.

Before that, Dr Choong was a medical officer under the Ministry of Health, Singapore for 3 years. She has worked in the Department of Medicine at the Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, the Geriatric Medicine Department of Tan Tock Seng Hospital and the Rehabilitation/Palliative Medicine Department of Yishun Community Hospital. Dr Choong has a clinical interest in family medicine, geriatric medicine and community care. She is an advocate of good care transition from hospital to the community.

Dr Choong speaks English, Cantonese, Malay and Mandarin.
