Dr Hussain completed his Gastroenterology training in Changi General Hospital. He did his advance fellowship in the United Kingdom and is currently a senior consultant in the department with special interest in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), enteroscopy including general gastroenterology and hepatology with relevant publications in this area.

Dr Hussain speaks English, Hindi and Urdu.
