Dr Evelyn Lee was trained in England and graduated from Cambridge University in 1989. She spent 10 years as a Consultant Cardiologist from 1999 to 2009 in East Anglia, as General Cardiologist at West Suffolk District General Hospital and Echocardiologist at the regional tertiary centre, Papworth Hospital, with a particular interest in intraprocedural transoesphageal echo, particularly TEE for ASD/PFO closure.

She returned to Singapore in 2009 and since then, has served as a Senior Consultant and Echocardiologist at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She is currently Head of Service for the Non-Invasive Cardiac Lab at Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
