Dr Debra Seow is a Respiratory and Intensive Care Consultant Physician at Woodlands Health with special interests in Chronic Ventilation, Sleep Medicine, and Respiratory Palliative medicine. She is a visiting consultant at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) Home Ventilation and Respiratory Support Service (HVRSS). She obtained her Certificate of Specialist Accreditation in Respiratory Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine in 2020 and 2022 respectively. She was subsequently awarded the FY 2022 Health Manpower and Development Programme (HMDP) hybrid fellowship in advanced non - invasive ventilation and sleep medicine, spending 2 months learning from experts in the Royal Brompton Hospital (UK) Sleep and Ventilation unit, followed by 6 months in Singapore General Hospital's Sleep Disorders Unit.

Dr Seow looks forward to implementing an effective Chronic Ventilation Programme at Woodlands Health, which will benefit all levels of society, especially the needy.

She speaks English, Mandarin, and Hokkien.
