Dr Sadhana Chandrasekar graduated from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India and trained in vascular surgery in the United Kingdom. She is an experienced vascular surgeon having worked at a consultant level in three University teaching hospitals in the NHS UK, prior to working in Singapore; initially in Tan Tock Seng Hospital for 8 years and subsequently at Woodlands Health.

Her areas of expertise cover the breadth and depth of vascular surgery. She has been actively involved in teaching and training at undergraduate and postgraduate level and has a strong interest in clinical research especially with regards to systems approach to disease management.
