Dr Cao Ling obtained her Master of Medicine degree from Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2011 before joining MOH Holdings Singapore as a Medical officer. She completed her Internal Medicine Junior Residency and Haematology Senior Residency training program under SingHealth and currently working as a Consultant in Department of Haematology in Tan Tock Seng Hospital.

She is also a visiting consultant in Woodlands Health. She has special interests in multiple myeloma and lymphoma.
