Dr Aw Chia Hui practises Palliative & Supportive Care medicine with special clinical interests in Medical Education and Palliative care in heart disease. She is member of the Singapore Hospice Council (SHC) Clinical Services Steering Committee and the co-chair on the caregiver satisfaction survey sub-committee, which is part of the SHC National Palliative Quality Improvement Committee. Dr Aw believes in the holistic care of the patient and their family as a unit. She has a keen interest in medical education and in advancing quality palliative care for patients with heart failure. She received the NHG Teaching Award for Senior Doctors in 2022 and the NUS Medicine Special Recognition Award in 2023.
