Dr Thomson practises Anaesthesiology with a special clinical interest in Trauma, Education and Anaesthesia for General Surgery.

Prior to joining Woodlands Health as a Senior Consultant in 2020, Dr Thomson was a Consultant Anaesthetist in Aberdeen, Scotland. He began Anaesthesiology training in 1994 and has been a specialist since 2003, working in Scotland, Australia, and East Timor.
