Dr Yang Wei Lyn is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, and an Adjunct Associate Professor with the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, NTU. She obtained her medical degree (MBBS) from the National University of Singapore in 1992, and obtained her Membership of Royal College of Physicians (MRCP, UK) in 1996 and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians, Edinburgh. She has a special interest in clinical hepatology and is a highly respected hepatologist in Singapore, with extensive experience in the management of chronic liver diseases, viral hepatitis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma, as well as immune-mediated and metabolic liver diseases such as autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cholangitis, steatotic liver disease and Wilson's disease. Dr Yang is actively involved in clinical research, education and postgraduate training and is widely recognized for her dedication to patient care and academic excellence.
