Dr Weng Wanting is currently a Senior Consultant at the Department of Renal Medicine in Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Her core areas of work include chronic kidney disease(CKD) prevention and management, and care coordination for patients with advanced kidney disease. Her clinical practice includes a multidisciplinary CKD service. She has a special interest in CKD including diabetic kidney disease, CKD education and integrated care models. Dr Weng graduated from Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in 2008 and completed her Advanced Specialist Training in Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She is also an Adjunct Lecturer in the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. She believes in patient-centred approach to kidney care.
