Biodata

Dr Teoh Xuyan is currently a Consultant in TTSH Cardiology and subspecialises in the field of Electrophysiology and Cardiac Devices. She is part of the Electrophysiology TTSH Cardiology team and does implantation of conventional and conduction system permanent pacemakers, cardiac defibrillators, cardiac resynchronisation therapy devices as well as electrophysiology studies and ablation of various cardiac arrhythmias.

She graduated with MBBS from Newcastle University in the United Kingdom in 2015 and obtained her MRCP (United Kingdom) in 2019. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency training in 2017 and her Cardiology Residency training in 2022. She is a member of the Singapore Cardiac Society and the Asian Pacific Heart Rhythm Society where she also give talks at various scientific meetings. She is a keen educator and a faculty member of LKC and YLL medical schools and is actively involved in various research projects especially within the field of Electrophysiology and Cardiac Implantable Devices.
