Dr Teo Wee Shen is a Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). He graduated with his MBBS in Australia in 2012, holds an MRCP (UK), and obtained his Specialist Accreditation in Rehabilitation Medicine in 2022.

Dr Teo’s professional focus is centered on restoring function and maximizing the quality of life for individuals with physical disabilities through collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.

Dr Teo is proficient in managing complex rehabilitation cases generally, and maintains specialized clinical interests in brain injury rehabilitation, geriatric rehabilitation, palliative rehabilitation, and rehabilitation in the community. These areas reflect his focus on providing holistic care across neurological conditions, age-related impairments, quality of life enhancement, and promoting patient independence after discharge.
