Dr Tan Joo Hor is a Consultant Cardiologist at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), holding accreditation in both general cardiology and critical care medicine.

He commenced his medical education at the University of Edinburgh, qualifying in 2013. Dr Tan attained his Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians (MRCP) in 2018, and subsequently completed his internal medicine and cardiology specialist training under the National Health Group in 2023. Demonstrating a significant commitment to comprehensive care for critically ill patients, he then undertook a rigorous two-year national training programme in Intensive Care Medicine, which he completed in 2025.

At the core of his practice is a deeply held, patient-centric philosophy; he firmly believes in formulating a management plan that is not only clinically robust but also meticulously tailored to the individual needs and circumstances of each patient.
