Dr Vivien Tan is a Senior Consultant at the Department of Dental Surgery in Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). She specializes in Orthodontics since 1987. Her area of special interest is orthognathic surgery collaborating with the Oral maxillofacial surgeon in the correction of dentofacial deformities.

Dr Tan's HMDP training with the University of North Carolina (1990) focused on this and the treatment of cleft lip and palate anomalies.

In recent years, the demands of patients towards aesthetic approaches of orthodontic therapy have resulted in an increasing number of patients coming for Clear Aligner therapy as a means of teeth realignment.

Dr Tan's patient-centric approach has attracted many patients to be comfortable to seek treatment with TTSH.
