Dr Tan Chong Keat is a Consultant Cardiologist in Tan Tock Seng Hospital holding the appointment of Head of Heart Failure Service since 2023. He is involved in clinical echocardiography and received testamur in ASCeXAM in 2020. He has clinical interest in Geriatrics Cardiology and has obtained the Graduate Diploma in Geriatric Medicine (NUS) in 2023.

Dr Tan is actively involved in medical education and is the Programme Director for NHG Health Cardiology Senior Residency, and Clinical Core Faculty Member and Programme Evaluation Committee Chairperson for NHG Health Internal Medicine Residency. He received the NHG Health Teaching Award for Senior Doctors in 2024 and is currently pursuing a Masters in Health Profession Education in Maastricht University.
