Biodata

Dr Sia Wei Tee graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of National University of Singapore (NUS), with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.). He attained further qualifications with a Masters of Medicine in Orthopaedic Surgery with NUS, and a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS) of Edinburgh.

He further pursued specialisation training in Hand Surgery, and became a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine of Singapore (FAMS) in Hand Surgery. Dr Sia went on to do a one-year fellowship, under the Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) of the Ministry of Health, in Advanced Hand and Wrist Surgery at Osaka University Hospital in Japan.

Dr Sia has a special interest in treating injuries and disorders of the hand and wrist, and in minimally-invasive surgical techniques.
