Dr Seng’s professional training in Rehabilitation Medicine centers on maximizing patient recovery and functional independence. He has a deep interest in Stroke and Neurological Rehabilitation, working across the continuum of care to restore motor, cognitive and communication functions compromised by neurological injury.

Dr Seng has received multiple teaching awards, which shows his commitment to medical education. He finds immense satisfaction in mentoring the next generation of doctors. As a core clinical faculty member of the NHG Rehabilitation Medicine Senior Residency Programme, he actively contributes to developing a robust curriculum, fostering critical thinking, and instilling the compassionate, holistic approach central to the specialty.
