Dr Seet Xian Ying is a Consultant Psychiatrist at the Department of Psychiatry at Tan Tock Seng Hospital and a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. Her clinical work includes inpatient care, blue-letter consultations and outpatient clinics. She is involved in quality and improvement work both within her department and hospital wide and completed the Centre of Healthcare Innovation Fellowship in 2023. She is also an educator at the undergraduate and postgraduate level and had previously been awarded TTSH Best Tutor Award (Junior Category) in 2019. Her practice is person-centred and evidence-based, emphasizing safety, shared decision-making and team-based improvement.
