Dr Rachel Lim is a Consultant at the Department of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine, Office of Clinical Epidemiology, Analytics & kNowledge (OCEAN), at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She holds a joint appointment as a Public Health Specialist at Population Health Management, Population Health Campus, NHG Health.

Her current work focuses on population health management, research, health equity, and programme evaluation. She leads research studies examining health outcomes and interventions in community settings, and has particular expertise in population profiling and health analytics.

Dr Lim has broad health system experience spanning clinical practice, government health agencies, and hospital administration. She contributes to medical education as a mentor in the Population Health in Action course at the Health and Social Change Academy and serves as a Clinical Educator at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.

A medical doctor and public health specialist by training, Dr Lim obtained her Master of Public Health from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Harvard University.
