Dr Rachel Chen is a Consultant in the Department of General Surgery at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, in 2015 and completed the NHG General Surgery Residency Programme in 2023.

She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and an accredited specialist with the Singapore Medical Council. Her clinical interests include breast and general surgery, with a particular focus on endoscopic breast surgery.

She also serves as a clinical educator with both the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and the NTU Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.
