Biodata

Dr Natesan Selvaganapathi is a specialist in Geriatric Medicine with particular expertise in falls care for elderly patients. He completed advanced training in Perioperative Medicine through the Health Manpower Development Program (HMDP) at Cleveland Clinic, USA. He currently serves as Deputy Chairman of the Inpatient Falls Prevention Committee at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), where he works to enhance the quality of care for hospitalised patients.

Dr Selva provides comprehensive inpatient care for elderly patients, specialising in the management of medical complications in older adults undergoing general and orthopaedic surgeries and procedures. His outpatient services include general geriatrics consultations and a specialised Falls and Balance Clinic at the Centre for Geriatric Medicine in TTSH, where he serves as the Head of Service. Additionally, he runs a preoperative clinic for frail elderly patients at Pre-Admission Counselling & Evaluation (PACE) in TTSH, focusing on reducing perioperative medical complications in this vulnerable population.
