Dr Celestine Lim is a Consultant in the Department of Geriatric Medicine, Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She specialises in Cognitive and Memory disorders and is involved in research related to cognitive disorders and dementia.

Dr Lim participates in community outreach dementia work which involves collaboration and education of primary care and community partners. She has an interest in teaching and involved in the education of NHG Internal Medicine Residents.

Dr Lim has a keen interest in IT and oversees IT-related matters within the department. She aims to provide person-centered, evidence-based care that supports function, independence and dignity for every older adult.
