Dr Lim is a Consultant Geriatrician with the Department of Continuing and Community Care at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She obtained her specialist accreditation in Geriatric Medicine in 2021. She has a special interest in Cognition and Memory disorders as well as Community Geriatrics. She is a member of the Cognition and Memory disorders service with the Department of Geriatric Medicine at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She is also a member of the Geriatric Integrated Network for Dementia, educating community partners on dementia care.

Dr Lim has a passion for teaching. She is an Adjunct Lecturer with the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, NTU and a Clinical Lecturer with the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS. She is heavily involved in the teaching of junior doctors in her department.
