Biodata

Dr Lee Shaowen Joshua is the Consultant in the Department of Continuing and Community Care. He is the physician with Care@NH service, a hospital to nursing home palliative care programme that provides end-of-life care to frail older adults in long term care facilities. He is also the physician with the cognition and memory disorders service and specializes in the treatment of older adults with dementia.

Dr Lee’s interest extends to community geriatrics and is involved in implementing the ICOPE screening and Frailty interventions for the NHG Health Cluster. He is actively involved in research, and his research interest include frailty screening and interventions, care for persons with advanced dementia, and prognostication models for persons with dementia.
