Biodata
A/Prof Kong Keng He is a Senior Consultant at Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Singapore. He is also a certified acupuncturist registered with Traditional Chinese Medicine Board, Ministry of Health, Singapore.
He was awarded a post-doctoral fellowship in Rehabilitation Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas, USA in 1995. He has published extensively in the areas of stroke rehabilitation and spasticity.
