Dr Jennifer Guan is a Consultant with the Department of Palliative Medicine at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) and serves as the Head of Home Care in Dover Park Hospice.

Dr Guan graduated from the National University of Singapore and subsequently obtained the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (United Kingdom). She later completed both Advanced Internal Medicine Residency and Palliative Medicine Residency with NHG Health.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr Guan is the Co-Chair of the Curriculum and Assessment Committee for the National Palliative Medicine Residency Programme. She also contributes actively to undergraduate medical education as a Clinical Lecturer with both the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.
