Dr Ho Si Yin is currently a Senior Consultant in Palliative Medicine at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She obtained her specialist accreditation in Palliative Medicine in 2016. She supports her patients and families through their journey with life-limiting illnesses and strongly believes in the importance of caring for patients holistically while respecting their dignity and preferences.

Dr Ho led a team under the Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) Fellowship Programme to study palliative care in advanced respiratory diseases at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. She holds teaching appointments at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (National University of Singapore) and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (Nanyang Technological University).

Dr Ho has a special interest in quality improvement work and believes in safe and efficient patient care. She serves as one of the hospital's Quality Review Officers and is currently co-Chair of the National Palliative Care Quality Improvement Committee in Singapore Hospice Council. She also serves on the TTSH Antimicrobial Stewardship Programme Committee and TTSH Health Informatics Network.
