Asst Prof Esther Ho is a Senior Consultant Geriatrician at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, where she leads the Cognition and Memory Disorder Service and serves as Program Director of the Dementia Shared Care Team Programme, funded by MOH. Her clinical practice focuses on dementia, frailty, with a special interest in ethical decision-making and advocacy for vulnerable older adults.

Beyond clinical care, Asst Prof Esther Ho is deeply committed to medical ethics and education. She is the Deputy Chair of the Clinical Ethics Committee and the Foundation Lead for the Institute of Humanistic Medicine at NHG Health, where she is dedicated to patient-centred care and the integration of humanistic medicine in healthcare practice.
