Biodata

Dr Grace Chia is an Associate Consultant in the Department of Geriatric Medicine at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, specialising in falls and balance disorders in older adults. She serves as a Clinical Tutor at both Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University, and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore.

Her clinical work centres on falls prevention and balance assessment in elderly patients. Dr Chia takes a comprehensive approach to geriatric care, working closely with patients to maintain their independence and reduce their risk of falling through evidence-based interventions.

In her educational role, Dr Chia is a Core Clinical Faculty Member of the NHG Internal Medicine Residency Programme, where she mentors trainee doctors. She coordinates medical student placements for both the Phase II Clinical Skills Foundation Programme and Phase V Geriatric Medicine rotations at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.
