Dr Goh Su Mein is a Senior Consultant at the Department of Renal Medicine at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, with over 15 years of specialist experience in nephrology. She was awarded the Health Manpower Development Plan Fellowship in 2010 and completed a 6-month clinical fellowship in glomerular diseases at the Royal Free Hospital in London.

Dr Goh runs a comprehensive general nephrology clinic, providing holistic care for patients across the full spectrum of kidney diseases, including the management of early-stage chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, electrolyte disorders, and the complex care coordination required for patients progressing towards end-stage renal disease. Dr Goh holds a Graduate Diploma in Palliative Medicine, which enables her to address the needs of patients facing end-stage renal disease who may not be suitable candidates for dialysis or transplantation, or who choose conservative management approaches.

Dr Goh serves as the clinical lead for the subspecialty glomerular disease clinic. Her areas of clinical interest encompass lupus nephritis, ANCA-associated vasculitis, and podocytopathies. She also conducts research in genetic kidney diseases and provides clinical care and counselling for patients with these inherited diseases.

In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr Goh serves as Medical Director of Fresenius Kidney Care at Renci Community Hospital, where she oversees the delivery of life-sustaining renal replacement therapy for patients with end-stage kidney disease.

In medical education, Dr Goh holds the position of Senior Clinical Lecturer with the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. She serves on several key academic committees—the Clinical Competency Committee, Specialist Examination Committee, and Residency Advisory Committee—helping to establish standards and evaluate specialist trainees' progress at postgraduate levels.

As an active committee member of the Singapore Society of Nephrology, Dr Goh contributes to advancing renal medicine standards and practices within the local medical community.
