Biodata

A/Prof Ding is a senior consultant geriatrician at the Department of Geriatric Medicine, Tan Tock Seng Hospital. His clinical interests include geriatric assessment, geriatric models of care, frailty, and intrinsic capacity.

After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine of NUS, he trained in internal medicine, obtained accreditation in the subspecialty of geriatric medicine, and was admitted as Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians, Edinburgh.

A/Prof Ding conducts health services research and implementation research in the care of older persons. Beyond his research within NHG Health, he is involved in national-level projects on ageing and geriatrics.

His work contributes to the development of integrated approaches to care of older persons.
