Dr Chau Mo Yee is a Family Physician, Associate Consultant, in the Department of Palliative Medicine at Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Dover Park Hospice. She completed her undergraduate medical training and Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) at National University of Singapore.

With extensive experience across various palliative care settings, Dr Chau is skilled in providing holistic care to patients in outpatient palliative clinics, inpatient hospices, palliative daycare, home-based services and acute hospital palliative care.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr Chau is a trained Advanced Care Planning (ACP) facilitator and actively contributes to medical education as a clinical lecturer and teacher at both the National University of Singapore’s Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and the Nanyang Technological University’s Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Dr Chau engages with and educates diverse communities in Singapore about palliative care through multilingual public talks and outreach initiatives, raising awareness and promoting a better understanding of palliative care.
