Biodata
Charleen Yeo graduated from Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 2015. She embarked on her General Surgery residency training in NHG Health in 2017. She successfully completed her residency training in 2022 and was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
Dr Charleen Yeo’s clinical interests are in Upper Gastrointestinal and Bariatric as well as General Surgery. She is actively involved in both clinical and teaching duties. She was the Chief Resident of the General Surgery Residency programme during her final year of residency training. She is also currently a clinical lecturer with the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, as well as the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.
Dr Charleen is also active in the field of research and has published papers in various peer reviewed journals. She was also awarded the NHG Health General Surgery Residency Surgeons-in-Training Achievement in Research (STAR) award in 2019.
