Dr Chan Yu Kit graduated from Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (National University of Singapore) in 2012. She completed her Masters of Medicine (Internal Medicine) and MRCP (UK) in 2015. She has been the clinical lead for the ICU Multidisciplinary Infectious Diseases service since 2021 and assumed the role of Head of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Programme since 2023.

Dr Chan is an educator with the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (Nanyang Technological University), the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (National University of Singapore) and also a core clinical faculty member for the NHG Health Infectious Diseases Residency Programme. Her area of interests include general infectious diseases, infections in critically ill patients and antimicrobial stewardship.
